life on board
Wake to the first light over lava-sculpted shores and a quiet coffee on deck as frigatebirds wheel overhead. After a short Zodiac ride to a secluded landing, your naturalist leads an easy walk time for photos of blue-footed boobies and marine iguanas without the crowds. When the sun warms the bays, slip into calm water for effortless snorkeling with sea lions and reef fish (turtles are frequent cameos), or choose a relaxed coastal Zodiac tour perfect for photography.
Back aboard Grace, linger over al-fresco lunch, read in a sunny nook, or nap to the hush of the equator on this small luxury cruise. As golden hour paints the horizon, join your guides for a friendly recap, then sit down to a dinner celebrating Ecuadorian coastal flavors, and step back outside for stargazing under wide, equatorial skies. It is an unhurried rhythm of discovery and comfort, crafted for travelers who want the Galapagos up close with boutique-yacht ease.

How far in advance should I book Grace?
With only 16 guests, prime dates on this small-ship Galapagos luxury cruise can sell out 9–12 months ahead (holidays even earlier). If you want specific cabins, or are considering a private charter, place a courtesy hold as soon as you have tentative dates.
What makes Grace different from other Galapagos yachts?
Beyond the intimate size and guiding, Grace carries a unique pedigree, famously tied to Princess Grace of Monaco, and was recently refit to modern luxury standards while retaining classic yacht charm. It’s history, comfort, and close-up exploration in one elegant package.
How do flights and embarkation work for Grace?
Most guests fly to Ecuador via Quito or Guayaquil, then take a short domestic flight to the Galapagos (usually Baltra or San Cristóbal, depending on Grace’s schedule). We will match you to the correct flight, arrange meet-and-greet, and handle transfers by bus and Zodiac straight to the yacht, smooth and simple. Do note the luggage limits on domestic flights (lighter than international), and plan to arrive on the mainland at least one night before your sailing.
